The UL Business and Finance Office and The UL Internal Audit Department work along with the CTE to verify the Financial documents of the candidates during entrance registion.
The Data Entry Clerks are responsible for transferring data from
paper
formats into computer file systems. Their transfer of data happens
manually by recording the information provided by the candidates.
They type in candidates' information and create spreadsheets,
verifying them against source documents at different stages during
the process.
The Testing Committee which reports to the administration through the President of the University, provides oversight and policy direction for the Center for Testing and Evaluation. This committee is appointed by the President of the University headed by a chairman. The committee approves all plans and actions of the CTE, following a review and critical scrutiny of said plans and activities. The committee ensures that all tests and tests related activities are implemented with a high degree of transparency and integrity, in the midst of a highly integrity challenged society. The committee sets the standard and approves the final result of all entrance exams administered by the CTE.
