Our Mission

The Center for Testing & Evaluation is an essential part of the fabric of the University of Liberia and continues to serve a vital role in the University. The CTE is the Testing House of the University of Liberia, with a mission to deliver quality-testing services conducive to graduates and prospective students. Highly qualified testing professionals administer all tests and adhere to the recommended professional standards befitting local, national,and international best practices regarding public examinations. The staff makes every effort possible to maintain the validity and credibility of all exams by promoting a secure and stress-free testing environment for candidates.


Our Vision

In 2027, we envision a digitally stable, sound, secure, and sustainable Center for Testing & Evaluation that enables all candidates anywhere within Liberia or elsewhere to sit the UL Entrance Exam or its Graduate & Professional School Aptitude Test. Specifically, we envision a Testing Center grounded on its core public service mission of delivering quality-testing services conducive to graduates and prospective students and expanding that mission to include the provision of digital test platform services across Liberia. We envision a Testing Center is that efficient in doing business, trustworthy, and possesses a high level of integrity.
